Tekst in Ghent is looking for a Solution Engineer to support enterprise sales. In this role, you will partner with Account Executives, lead deep-dive discovery sessions, and build Proof-of-Concepts to demonstrate Tekst's capabilities. Candidates should have 2-5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, strong understanding of APIs, and exceptional communication skills. Qualifications

• 2-5+ years in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting for enterprise SaaS.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks and enterprise software architectures.
• Comfortable with scripting to build integrations.
• Enjoys talking to both CTOs and Heads of Operations.
• Exceptional communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle.
• Lead deep-dive discovery sessions with customer IT architects.
• Build custom demos and Proof-of-Concepts.
• Capture technical requirements for Engineering and Product teams.
• Help customers overcome security and privacy hurdles.
