Job summary

Companion.energy helps large enterprises cut energy costs by aligning usage with market prices and renewable generation. We are hiring a Commercial Manager to drive growth in the Netherlands.

You’ll work with enterprise customers to translate complex energy optimization opportunities into real business outcomes, bridging software and energy domains and shaping our commercial strategy as we scale across Europe.

Qualifications

• Track record in B2B enterprise sales, ideally in SaaS, energy, or industrial technology.
• Understanding of software and energy.
• Consultative selling approach: you help customers solve problems.
• Strong network or ability to build relationships with enterprise decision-makers in the Netherlands.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Entrepreneurial mindset. You thrive in fast-moving environments where you shape your own success.
