Job summary

Our client, Confidential, is seeking a commercially minded Customer Solutions Architect to support complex enterprise energy sales. The role is primarily pre‑sales: technical discovery, RFPs, tenders, proposals and value engineering.

You will work with Account Executives and engineering to validate deliverables and build credible business cases across Europe. Ghent, Belgium or remote; stock options and uncapped commission based on company total contract value are included.

Qualifications

• At least five years in enterprise pre‑sales, solution architecture or technical consulting in energy or related fields.
• Ability to perform technical discovery, ROI modelling and build business cases with data, spreadsheets and AI tools.
• Strong commercial fluency, ability to communicate with executives and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Join discovery, RFP responses and proposal development with engineering teams.
• Lead ROI models, simulations and business cases showing financial/value outcomes.
• Explain architecture and integration approaches with a focus on commercial value.
• Translate customer feedback into clear requirements for product and engineering.
• Support handover after signature; occasional delivery-management tasks may arise.
