Jobtailor seeks a detail-oriented PMO/Project Coordination professional to organize governance meetings for the Regional Grid Development Sounding Board and prepare high-quality presentations for regulators, customers, and management.

You will support data management using Excel and Power BI, assist in workload planning, and help with project documentation, ensuring timely follow-ups and data quality across processes.

Qualifications

• PMO/Project Coordination experience.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word; Power BI is an advantage.
• Experience with reporting, KPI tracking, or project administration considered desirable.
• Mandatory Dutch and French language skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and organize meetings for the Regional Grid Development Sounding Board, including agenda management, meeting minutes, action tracking, and follow-up.
• Prepare professional presentations for internal and external stakeholders including regulators, customers, DSOs, and management.
• Support data management activities through Excel and Power BI, including data analysis, linking, filtering, reporting, and dashboard preparation.
• Assist in high-level workload planning preparation and monitoring.
• Support Grid Developers with project documentation including scoping documents and long-term study budgets.
• Monitor action lists and external stakeholder requests to improve data quality across processes.
• Prepare and format external documentation ensuring consistency and quality.
