OneSource Consulting seeks a senior PMO professional to lead governance, program and portfolio management within the Transformation Office. You will coordinate SteerCo, monitor progress and budgets, and produce dashboards and reports for decision makers.

Requirements include a Master's degree and 10+ years in PMO/portfolio transformation, with strong analytical and synthesis skills. On-site work Loading: 2–3 days per week in Belgium.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in management, engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in PMO, program management, portfolio management or transformation.
• Excellent analytical, synthesis and structuring skills.

Responsabilités

• Preparation of governance bodies (SteerCo, committees).
• Monitoring of the progress of projects and programs.
• Monitoring of budgets.
• Monitoring of risks and dependencies.
• Update of the global roadmap.
• Production of dashboards and management reports.
• PMO, program management and portfolio management (PMBOK, Agile).
• Data consolidation and reporting (BI, MS-Office, MS-Project).
• Analysis, synthesis and structuring of information.
• Collaboration with business teams, IT teams and sponsors.
