Expleo Belgium is seeking a PMO/Project Support specialist to coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and support data management across dashboards. The role also involves planning, documentation, and strong stakeholder coordination.

The position requires Dutch and French language skills, is offered with a hybrid work model, and comes with a comprehensive benefits package. You will work closely with regional teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a PMO, Project Coordination, or Project Support role.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while taking initiative.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Advanced knowledge of: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word; Power BI is a strong advantage.
• Experience with reporting, KPI tracking, or project administration is highly desirable.
• Mandatory Dutch and French speaker.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate meetings for the Regional Grid Development Sounding Board: agenda, minutes, actions, and follow-up.
• Prepare presentations for regulators, customers, DSOs and management.
• Support data management via Excel and Power BI: analysis, linking, filtering, reporting, and dashboards.
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of high-level workload planning.
• Support Grid Developers with project documentation: scoping documents and long‑term study budgets.
• Monitor action lists and external requests; improve data quality across business processes.
• Prepare and format external documentation while ensuring consistency and quality.
