Job summary
Tractebel is seeking a Project Manager and Power System Expert to expand and develop its power system activities across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will coordinate grid compliance with European and German TSOs, lead studies, and mentor junior staff within the ENGIE Group power systems center of excellence.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power System engineering.
- At least 4 years of experience in power system studies or experience with a transmission system operator or power system consultancy.
- Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage power system projects for Key Clients in the EMEA region with emphasis on grid compliance for German and European clients.
- Provide expert role from conception to delivery and junior coaching.
- Contribute to commercial activities of power system transmission services.
- Prepare and validate plant/network models; perform load flow, short circuit, dynamic analysis, and EMT modelling.
