Hospitality Talents is partnering with our client, a high level hotel in Brussels, to find a Sales Manager Corporate who will drive growth in the Corporate and TMC segments. Your responsibilities include developing a corporate sales strategy, building relationships with key accounts and TMCs, handling RFPs and contract negotiations, and representing the

Qualifications

• Fluent English mandatory.
• French proficiency required; Dutch an asset.
• 4+ years in a similar sales role in a 4-5 star hotel.
• Strong existing connections in Corporate and TMC markets (local and international).
• Experience with sales tools/platforms such as Lanyon, GDS, Hotelligence or similar.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a corporate sales strategy from prospecting to contract closure (transient and group).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, decision-makers, and TMCs.
• Manage RFPs, negotiate contracts, and expand market share.
• Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, and Events teams to ensure a cohesive commercial approach.
• Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and evolving client needs.
