Job summary

Engibex in Belgium seeks a Project Engineer to join the Engineering department. You will be responsible for the technical implementation of projects as part of a multidisciplinary team, safeguarding coherence and design quality.

You will monitor functionality and anticipate consequences of new concepts on operations, taking actions to keep implementation on track. You will work with Project Leaders and other Project Engineers with a technical focus, from feasibility to project closure, serving

Qualifications

Master's degree in engineering or equivalent through experience with focus on electrical, electrotechnics, automation and energy.
Knowledge of electricity grids is an advantage.
Excellent knowledge of Dutch with good French and English.

Responsibilities

Implement projects technically within a multidisciplinary team and safeguard design quality.
Monitor project functionality and foresee consequences of new concepts on operations.
Guide the design team during detail studies to ensure qualitative results within scope.
Communicate and report project progress to Project Leader and stakeholders.
Contribute to the scope and design elaboration through technical studies.
Oversee the full project process from feasibility through project closure.
