Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety leader for Beerse and La Louvière, Belgium. You will manage EH&S performance and governance with CEVA while ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.

You will partner with Deliver leadership to set strategy, drive risk-based improvements, and lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization across sites and external partners.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French, Dutch and English for diverse regional interaction.
• Experience in EH&S programs at warehouses or logistics facilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee development and implementation of EH&S policies compliant with local regulations.
• Lead EH&S governance for Beerse and La Louvière, including 3PL CEVA.
• Coach and lead EH&S external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and report EH&S objectives, dashboards and KPI trends.
