Johnson & Johnson in Beerse (Belgium) and Breda (Netherlands) seeks a Senior Clinical Research Manager to lead Local Trial Managers, Site Managers and Clinical Trial Assistants. You will drive trial delivery, staff development, and cross-border strategy with a strong focus on oncology, quality, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires robust leadership, strategic thinking and a collaborative mindset to optimize ways of working, ensure timelines, and achieve site engagement and inspection

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Life Sciences or related field with a minimum of 8 years Clinical Research experience in pharma, CRO or investigational sites.
• Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to champion team productivity and cohesiveness.

Responsabilités

• People management: provide line management, goal setting, performance evaluation and talent development; build and train a high-performing team.
• Trial delivery & oversight: responsible for feasibility, site selection, start-up, execution and monitoring of trials; ensure SOPs, ICH-GCP and regulatory compliance.
• Continuous improvement & organizational change: lead innovation and drive change; oversee metrics and actions.
• Co-develop country strategy and drive tactics to full implementation.
• Help shape the Dutch and Belgian Clinical Trial Landscape; participate in global initiatives as assigned.
