Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a MSM EP/NV Supply Chain Leader to drive end-to-end supply chain performance across Belgium, the Netherlands and Switzerland. You will partner with Commercial leadership to ensure supply reliability, product launches, and portfolio lifecycle management, while leading a high-performing regional team.

The role emphasizes strategic integration, service, inventory, cost and cash, and requires senior leadership experience in matrixed environments with IBP/S&OP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Experience in medical device, healthcare, or regulated industries is required.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and transformation initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the regional end-to-end supply chain strategy for the MSM cluster.
• Partner with Commercial leadership to enable business growth through supply reliability and product launches.
• Own customer service performance, tracking OTIF and lead times, and drive improvements.
• Lead cross-functional integration across Planning, Customer Service, Distribution & Transportation, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Finance.
• Drive supply chain risk management and escalation handling across regional and global stakeholders.
