Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Business Compliance Specialist (BCT) for the Diegem, Belgium area. The role focuses on enabling compliant business activity reviews, contract approvals, and payments within HCC guidelines across EMEA.

You will advise on HCP engagements, sponsorships, and educational grants, draft contracts, and maintain auditable records while supporting governance and training across a distributed team. English fluency is required, Dutch/French preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (e.g. Business, Life Sciences or related field), or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in compliance, contracting, or a regulated environment.
• Strong IT and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as the key contact for event compliance, contracts, and payments; maintain auditable records for all process stages.
• Review, validate and approve business requests (e.g. HCP interactions, sponsorships, educational grants).
• Prepare, draft, review and validate contracts using approved templates, systems and processes.
• Ensure all activities are fully compliant, with documentation and approvals prior to execution.
• Support oversight and integrity of transparency reporting activities; ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Deliver training and coaching to the business on compliance processes and regulatory expectations.
• Support HCP/GO travel and accommodation processes per policy; assist with PO creation and payments.
• Participate in business discussions to provide Business Compliance expertise and execution of activities.
• Communicate clearly across a diverse stakeholder group; build strong working relationships.
