Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Facility Coordinator for the E&PS department, based in Geel, Belgium. The role focuses on safety, reliability, and efficient operation of critical infrastructure, coordinating internal teams and external service providers.

You will oversee maintenance activities, contractor management, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure uptime and regulatory compliance across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Relevant experience in facilities, maintenance, utilities or technical services, preferably in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of building management and maintenance processes with digital tools.
• Clear, respectful communication and service mindset for diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Champion safety, quality and compliance with EH&S, GMP/GxP and audits.
• Be the trusted point of contact for buildings and internal/external stakeholders.
• Coordinate day-to-day facility activities with cross-functional teams.
• Manage on-site contractor area and coordinate logistics, space, and parking.
• Oversee preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance of facilities.
• Manage work orders in maintenance systems and drive improvements actions.
• Proactively address alarms, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Build relationships with Operations, Engineering, EHS, Quality, Supply Chain and partners.
• Coordinate contractor management with Facility Manager and campus teams.
• Maintain a safe, inspection-ready environment for colleagues and contractors.
