Johnson & Johnson Beerse is seeking a Weekend Shift Lead to provide operational leadership to the Environmental Monitoring and Logistics teams, ensuring safety, on-time work, and GMP compliance on the weekend shift.

You will coordinate daily activities, coach staff, maintain documentation, handle deviations, and drive improvements in safety, efficiency and digitalisation, while ensuring a smooth handover to the next shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, logistics, or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• GMP knowledge and good documentation practices.
• Experience coordinating work and leading colleagues.
• Strong communication and organisational skills; ability to work under time pressure.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily weekend activities across Environmental Monitoring, Quality Control Logistics, and sample management.
• Coach and support team members while promoting open communication and a quality-focused culture.
• Ensure sample collection, receipt, labelling, registration, storage, distribution, and transport follow approved procedures.
• Oversee Environmental Monitoring activities and ensure proper documentation and records.
• Act as first operational contact during the weekend shift and escalate deviations and safety risks promptly.
• Support investigations, CAPAs, change controls, and audit readiness.
• Identify and implement safety, compliance, efficiency, and digitalisation improvements with a clear handover to the next shift.
