Johnson & Johnson in Geel, Belgium, is seeking a Senior Maintenance Engineer Projects to join the Global Engineering & Technology Maintenance & Reliability team. You will lead maintenance strategy, asset lifecycle decisions, and ensure GMP-compliant project delivery from concept to commissioning.
The role requires a Master's in Engineering, 5+ years in maintenance or project engineering, CMMS experience (SAP PM), and fluent Dutch and English.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent with experience in maintenance.
- Minimum 5 years in Maintenance Engineering, Project Engineering, Asset Management or related field.
- Experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, lifecycle management and reliability.
- Experience with design reviews, commissioning, start-up and handover.
- Proficient in CMMS (SAP PM preferred) and Excel; Power BI is a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, with strong communication skills.
Responsabilités
- Act as Maintenance & Reliability representative in multidisciplinary project teams.
- Review designs and specs for maintainability and total cost of ownership.
- Ensure maintenance deliverables, spare parts, and CMMS readiness at handover.
- Define and implement maintenance strategies for new/modified assets.
- Coordinate readiness for new installations and startup.
- Identify risks and mitigation actions for asset reliability.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, EHS and contractors.
- Drive continuous improvement from lessons learned.
