Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Client Service Representatives to join international teams while working remotely from Greece. You will handle customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat, provide after-sales and technical assistance, and maintain CRM records.

The role requires Dutch language at C1/C2 and English at B2-C1, with a compensation of €1,300 gross per month plus a performance bonus and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Dutch at C1/C2 level for client communication.
• Strong written and verbal English, depending on the project.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset and solution-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries related to products, services, orders, deliveries, payments, warranties, and repairs.
• Provide after-sales support and assist with returns, replacements, refunds, and warranty claims.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through product setup and configuration.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Create and manage customer cases accurately in CRM systems.
• Investigate customer issues and determine the most appropriate solution.
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant internal teams when necessary.
• Provide customers with timely updates regarding their cases.
• Complete back-office tasks and maintain accurate customer records.
• Use internal tools and knowledge bases to research information and resolve inquiries.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in every interaction.
