Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador for Pandora, upholding luxury values.
• Provide concierge-level support via phone, email, and chat to Dutch-speaking clients.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and loyalty benefits.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries with elegance and proficiency.
• Participate in brand training to stay updated on collections and craftsmanship.
• Support Greek Dutch-speaking hiring initiatives with quality assurance.
