Next Job Abroad in Greece seeks Dutch-speaking customer support specialists to join a global jewellery and lifestyle brand. You’ll be the voice for customers across Belgium and the Netherlands, delivering smooth service while relocating to Greece.

Qualifications

• Dutch native or C1 level with strong written Dutch.
• Solid English (B2) for training and system navigation.

Responsabilités

• Provide digital customer support via email and chat, with some phone contact.
• Assist with order tracking, delivery updates, damaged items, and exchanges.
• Use CRM platforms and multiple internal systems to deliver fast, high-quality service.
