You will coordinate with carriers and warehouses, maintain shipment logs, communicate delays, and collaborate with international teams to optimize the end-to-end customer journey.

Native Dutch and EU passport required.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• EU passport holder.
• Interest or experience in Logistics & Supply Chain or customer service.
• Excellent analytical skills and proactive problem-solving.
• Strong digital literacy and ability to navigate CRM and tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support regarding complex logistics, distribution, and supply chain tracking for Dutch-speaking clients.
• Coordinate directly with carriers and warehouses to resolve delivery discrepancies, ensuring high-level service efficiency.
• Maintain accurate logs of shipments and delivery statuses within our specialized Logistics & Supply Chain management systems.
• Proactively communicate potential supply chain delays to customers and offer strategic solutions to maintain satisfaction.
• Collaborate with international cross-functional teams to streamline delivery processes and optimize the end-to-end customer journey.
• Handle high-priority escalations with professionalism, ensuring compliance with organizational supply chain protocols.
