Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Agent for our Bulgaria-based client-support team. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, representing the brand to a Dutch-speaking audience and ensuring high-quality service.

You will relocate to Bulgaria with a fully paid relocation package, training, and an on-site work environment. English proficiency and strong customer-service background are highly valued within our global operations.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in English for collaboration within an international structure.
• Proven experience in Customer Support Services or similar role is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Deliver premium customer assistance via phone, email, and chat for a global client base.
• Resolve inquiries with high standards of service excellence.
• Document customer interactions in the internal database for case tracking.
• Collaborate with international teams to refine support processes and KPIs.
