FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join our international team. On-site with options for remote work within Portugal and a full relocation package.

You’ll be the main point of contact for Dutch customers, helping them by phone, email or chat with genuine, helpful support. We offer flight tickets, accommodation options, private health insurance from day one, paid training and monthly bonuses including holidays.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate.
• Enjoy talking to people and helping customers.

Responsabilités

• Be the main contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email or chat.
• Provide helpful, practical support to answer day-to-day questions.
• Work as part of an international team.

You’ll be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, helping them via phone, email, or chat. No overly scripted corporate talk—just genuine, helpful support to solve their day-to-day questions as part of our international team.
