Mercier Consultancy Group is sourcing a Dutch speaking Customer Service professional for a prestigious automotive brand role in Greece. You will handle customer inquiries about vehicle maintenance, warranties, and service scheduling, via phone, email and live chat.

The position requires native Dutch, a EU passport or Greek work permit, and a passion for automotive technology. Relocation to Greece is provided with a full training program, housing support, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written)
• EU passport or valid Greece work permit
• Strong interest in automotive industry and ability to learn vehicle systems
• Experience in customer service is a plus
• Excellent communication with empathy and problem solving
• Willingness to relocate to Greece

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑level support to customers regarding vehicle maintenance, technical inquiries, and service scheduling
• Represent a leading automotive brand with professionalism and prestige
• Handle customer interactions across phone, email, and live chat
• Troubleshoot technical issues using knowledge databases
• Act as primary contact for warranties, road assistance and service centers
• Maintain detailed CRM records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize the customer journey and brand loyalty
