Job summary
Next Job Abroad is recruiting a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a multicultural international team in Greece. You will be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, handling a wide range of automotive-related enquiries and providing an outstanding customer experience.
No automotive experience is required as full training is provided; relocation is offered along with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
- Strong customer-service mindset with problem-solving ability.
- Comfort with computers and CRM systems.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
- Interest or experience in automotive industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Provide information about vehicles, products and services.
- Assist with order updates, vehicle enquiries and technical support.
- Help customers locate dealerships and navigate online services.
- Investigate and resolve issues using internal systems and maintain CRM records.
- Collaborate with an international team to deliver excellent customer service.
