Next Job Abroad is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team in Greece. You will help customers with vehicle-related questions, connected services, and general inquiries while representing a world-renowned automotive group.

You will deliver professional, friendly service via phone and email, contribute to outstanding customer experiences, and develop product knowledge in a dynamic, multicultural environment with relocation support and training

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and excellent communication skills.
• Good English language skills.
• Experience in customer service, technical support, or a customer-facing role is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Provide support via phone and email to Dutch-speaking customers.
• Assist customers with vehicle-related questions and product information.
• Help customers with order updates and service inquiries.
• Support users with connected vehicle services and infotainment systems.
• Investigate issues and find solutions using internal tools and resources.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
