Next Job Abroad is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join an international team in Greece. You’ll be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, handling a wide range of automotive-related inquiries and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

No automotive experience is required as full training is provided, and you will be part of a multicultural environment with relocation to Greece offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent Dutch and English communication, spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-focused mindset.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
• Experience with automotive industry is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Provide information about vehicles, products, and services.
• Assist with order updates, vehicle inquiries, and technical support.
• Help customers locate dealerships and navigate online services.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Collaborate with an international team to deliver exceptional service.
