Job summary

LIZY is seeking a native Dutch Customer Success Associate to join the Dutch Care team in Brussels. You will own the aftersales processes, help customers, and build partnerships to expand and improve Lizy’s services.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, driving improvements and automations while maintaining strong customer relationships in a fast‑paced environment. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a leading digital company (scale‑up) in a care related role.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑team collaboration.
• Ability to automate and standardize processes to improve efficiency.
• High ownership, proactivity and customer‑centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the Dutch care processes and drive improvements.
