Cronos Europa in Brussels is seeking an experienced Webmaster to support operation and maintenance of a digital collaboration environment used by a European Institution. The position is located in Brussels and is open to both freelance and employment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing digital content, maintaining collaborative workspace, supporting knowledge-sharing activities, and providing technical assistance to users and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Management, Web Technologies, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Webmaster, Digital Content Manager, or similar role.
• Experience with Drupal or other content management systems.
• Knowledge of collaboration and document management tools, including Microsoft 365 and MS Teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders in an international environment.
• Excellent command of English (C1 level).

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain digital platforms and websites to standards.
• Publish, update, and organize content in Drupal and integrate documents and media.
• Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and technical documentation.
• Provide first-line user support and coordinate with technical teams for escalations.
• Administer collaborative workspaces and knowledge-sharing environments.
• Assist in coordinating digital collaboration activities and information sharing.
• Maintain registers, repositories, and structured information resources.
• Support online and onsite meetings with tool configuration and document sharing.
• Track deliverables and actions for effective follow-up.
• Disseminate approved communications and newsletters.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility and information governance standards.
