Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Analyse and improve user experience across IT service platforms.
• Collect, interpret, and report on user experience and service data.
• Create clear and engaging materials (presentations, visuals, web content).
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in IT services and propose improvements.
• Analyse statistical data related to IT services usage.
• Maintain an inventory of IT policies impacting DG ITEC systems.
• Prepare monthly reports based on CRM feedback.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT).

For one of our clients within the European institutions, we are looking for a Web User Experience Specialist to support the SERVE Unit in strengthening service quality management in line with DG ITEC’s strategic objectives.

The role focuses on improving user experience, increasing transparency of IT services, and enhancing service quality through data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Web User Experience Specialist will work within a customer‑centric IT environment focused on delivering high‑quality digital workplace services (equipment, applications, support, and collaboration tools). The SERVE Unit plays a key role in bridging business users and IT providers, ensuring continuous improvement of service delivery and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and improve user experience across IT service platforms (websites)
• Collect, interpret, and report on user experience and service data
• Create clear and engaging materials (presentations, visuals, web content)
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in IT services and propose improvements
• Analyse statistical data related to IT services usage
• Maintain an inventory of IT policies impacting DG ITEC systems
