Cronos Europa, a leading IT and digital transformation partner for European Institutions, seeks a Web Operations Manager to oversee governance, performance, and improvements of large-scale web platforms. You will bridge business stakeholders, content teams, web developers, and project managers to ensure efficiency and alignment with objectives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in web operations, CMS experience (Drupal/SharePoint), and strong analytics to drive data‑driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in web operations or digital platforms.
• Hands-on with Drupal and SharePoint; CMS expertise.
• Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Agile ways of working.
• Experience with web analytics and translating data into business actions.
• Understanding of governance, accessibility, usability and SEO principles.

Responsabilités

• Manage and coordinate the daily operations of web platforms and digital services.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for website enhancements.
• Create, prioritize, and follow up on Jira tickets with development teams.
• Monitor website performance and propose improvements based on data.
• Produce regular web analytics reports and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with governance, accessibility, security, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with owners, content managers, developers, UX specialists, and project managers.
• Support usability improvements and UX optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate content publication activities and QA processes.
• Contribute to incident management, troubleshooting, and operational support.
• Maintain documentation and promote best practices across web operations.
• Participate in Agile processes and support delivery of digital projects.
