ING Belgium is seeking an IT Area Lead Digital First to shape digital journeys across Daily Banking and Payments. You will lead a multi-site team of engineers and chapter leads, translating strategy into architecture and delivery roadmaps while balancing risk, compliance and customer value.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with Core Banking, and a track record of delivering complex digital banking initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

• 10+ years of people management experience.
• Engineering background with software delivery knowledge.
• Strong communication with executives and teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple chapters and teams within the Digital First area.
• Translate strategy into a clear technology and delivery roadmap.
• Drive end-to-end ownership of customer journeys across Daily Banking and Payments.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders ensuring customer value.
• Collaborate with Core Banking and enterprise architecture for migration readiness.
• Ensure delivery excellence balancing risk, resilience and compliance.
• Offer clear direction, dependencies and priorities in a complex environment.
• Develop craftsmanship through coaching and learning.
• Foster collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement.
• Represent the area to senior stakeholders and ING Belgium leadership.
