ING Belgium seeks an IT Area Lead Digital First to shape customer digital journeys, leading a multi-site team and 4 chapter leads plus engineers. You will translate strategy into architecture, drive delivery across Daily Banking and Payments & Cards, and partner with Core Banking and enterprise teams to align with the future platform migration.

You bring 10+ years of people management in a complex tech setting, excellent English, and strong coaching and collaboration skills to enable outcomes

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large, multi-site multinational tech teams.
• Engineering background with understanding of software delivery.
• 10+ years of people management experience required.
• Excellent English; Dutch and French are a plus.
• Ability to translate strategy into architecture and roadmaps.
