BDO Belgium seeks a Manager FS – Digital Customer & Sales to lead digital transformation in financial services, digitizing customer journeys and driving sales across channels.
You will advise clients on digitization, oversee end-to-end projects, analyze interaction data, design journeys across websites, apps, social, and chatbots, and mentor junior staff, while shaping go-to-market strategy.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in digital business & transformation within management consulting or financial services.
- Knowledge of onboarding, lending, investments, insurances.
- Customer-centric approach to digital journeys and UX.
- Strong analytical skills with conversion and engagement metrics.
- Strategic vision and project management expertise.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
Responsabilités
- Advise clients on digitizing the customer journey.
- Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives.
- Analyze customer interactions to improve journeys.
- Design and enhance digital customer journeys across platforms.
- Monitor performance with key metrics (conversion, engagement, satisfaction).
- Drive business development and manage accounts.
- Recruit, mentor, and assess junior team members.
- Contribute to strategic priorities and go-to-market campaigns.
