Aikido is seeking an all-round salesperson to join our Ghent team as we expand. You will manage opportunities, follow up inbound leads, and drive outbound prospecting while collaborating on growth initiatives, with the flexibility of a high-trust, open environment.

Medior/Senior profiles are welcome; you should be comfortable with CRM, sequences and cold calling, and prefer an independent, self-starting approach while being able to commute to Ghent. Equity offered with competitive tech pay.

Qualifications

• Medior/Senior profile preference.
• Experience with CRM, outbounding, prospecting, sequences, (cold) calling.
• Very tech-savvy approach to sales and product understanding.
• Hungry and 'get stuff done' mentality.
• Self-starter and independent work style.
• Commutable to Ghent, Belgium.
