NVISO Security seeks a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of Managed Detection and Response services to clients in a fast-paced security environment. You will collaborate with the security operations team to ensure timely, effective service delivery and client satisfaction.

You will also supervise onboarding of new clients, coordinating across NVISO teams and client stakeholders to guide projects from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Citizenship in one of NATO's 32 member states.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in service delivery management, preferably in a Managed Detection and Response environment.
• Strong understanding of security operations and incident response.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Languages: Dutch (fluent), English (fluent); German is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the delivery of Managed Detection and Response services to clients.
• Work with the security operations team to meet SLAs.
• Document and ensure adherence to service delivery processes.
• Monitor delivery performance and identify improvements.
• Coordinate with the sales team to align delivery with client needs.
• Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction.
• Provide regular performance reporting to senior management.
• Lead onboarding of new clients with cross-team collaboration.
