EY Consulting is expanding its Cyber Managed Services practice and seeks experienced professionals to lead service delivery for a diverse portfolio of national and international clients. You will oversee Managed Detection & Response, Incident Response, and CISO-as-a-Service, ensuring strong collaboration between client stakeholders and EY delivery teams.

You should have 5+ years in Cyber Managed Services, solid ITIL knowledge, and the ability to translate technical performance into business

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Cyber Managed Services, ideally in a Service Delivery Management role.
• Hands-on experience with ITIL-based service management (SLAs, governance, change management).
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for Cyber Managed Services clients, ensuring strong collaboration between client stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with operational, security, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee service governance, reporting, risk management, escalations, and continuous service improvement.
• Ensure service quality and performance meet agreed objectives, service levels, and client expectations.
• Coordinate onboarding, service transitions, and operational processes to enable smooth service delivery.
• Develop client relationships and identify new opportunities to expand Cyber Managed Services.
