A leading cybersecurity company in Belgium seeks a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of Managed Detection and Response services. The role involves ensuring clients receive top-level support, managing service delivery processes, and onboarding new clients. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, 3-4 years of relevant experience, and strong project management skills. Excellent communication in Dutch and English is required. Qualifications

• Eligible for a NATO clearance.
• 3-4 years of experience in service delivery management.
• Strong understanding of security operations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Managed Detection and Response services for clients.
• Ensure SLAs are met with the security operations team.
• Develop relationships with clients and provide regular reports.
