NVISO is a European cyber security leader seeking an Information Security / Resilience Manager (m/w/d) to lead a team of consultants and drive security programs for strategic clients. You will engage in pre-sales activities, align efforts with ISO, NIST, GDPR, and drive resilience initiatives across client organizations.

You will communicate effectively in English and German, manage security maturity assessments, and guide teams through risk-based improvements while growing in a collaborative,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Information Security, or related field.
• Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM or ISO27001-related credentials preferred.
• Proven experience as CISO or resilience program implementation.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of GRC/Resilience consultants for top-tier clients.
• Drive security and resilience programs aligned with ISO/NIST/BSI standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and define mitigation strategies.
• Oversee security program implementation including policies and controls.
• Involve in sales: prepare Statements of Work and project plans.
