Job summary

Computacenter AG & Co. oHG is seeking a Solutions Area Director Datacenter & Cloud for the Belgium and Netherlands region, based in Zaventem.

You will lead a team of Solution Sales Specialists and Solution Architects to drive pipeline, growth, and profitable turnover in datacenter and cloud solutions. The role requires strong leadership, forecasting, and strategic sales execution, with close collaboration with Sales Directors and Client Directors.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of relevant experience in IT solutions and professional services sales.
• Proven ability to manage Solution Sales Specialists and Solution Architects.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure services market and partner networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Solution Sales Specialists and Solution Architects in Belgium and the Netherlands with end-to-end ownership of opportunities.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets, budgets and responsibilities.
• Provide accurate forecasting and KPI reporting to the Director Solutions BENE.
• Develop innovative solutions aligned with Computacenter's strategic goals.
• Maintain strategic vendor relationships and collaborate with vendor management.
• Lead planning and prioritisation to drive growth in Belgium & the Netherlands region.
• Report to the Director Solutions BENE.
