You will translate customer priorities into a service-led solution that delivers value and aligns with governance. You will guide senior stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and articulate compelling propositions that balance technical viability with commercial outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Significant IT industry experience with 10+ years and exposure to technical solutions and Managed Services.
• Experience shaping complex, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities in MSP/SI environments.
• Broad technology background including Workplace, Networking, Cloud, Data Centre and Security.
• Experience in pre-sales, bid processes, deal structures, negotiation and progression towards closure.
• Experience working with senior and C-suite customers and internal stakeholders as a trusted advisor.

Aufgaben

• Shape strategic opportunities by defining campaign strategy with the opportunity owner.
• Own the strategic solution narrative and integrated service direction with specialists.
• Translate customer priorities into a coherent service-led solution.
• Guide customers and internal teams through complex choices with clear communication.
• Maintain governance across the campaign and identify risks and commercial exposures.
