Wlgroup in Mons, Belgium, is seeking a detailed, organized coordinator to support a cyber security assessment team. The role sits beside technical testers, managing the branch head's diary, coordinating meetings, travel, onboarding, and keeping trackers current.

You will proofread and format reports, maintain records in Power BI, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow and Excel, and act as the first point of contact for other branches. Excellent English is required.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in administration, business support, office management or information management.
• Strong document skills: advanced Word (styles, templates, track changes), good Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
• Enough familiarity with cyber security language to work with testers and reports.

Responsabilités

• Managing the branch head's calendar, setting up branch meetings, writing up minutes and chasing actions.
• Organising official travel, onboarding and offboarding, and training requests of the team.
• Keeping decision, action and milestone trackers current — kick-offs, reviews, deliverables, final reports.
• Raising and following up purchase requests, and reconciling how the team's time is allocated.
• Proofreading and formatting assessment reports so they are clean and consistent.
• Being the first point of contact for queries from other branches, and keeping records tidy in Power BI, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow and Excel.
