EMW in Mons, Belgium, is seeking a Cyber Security Operations Support Specialist for full-time on-site work. You will support travel planning, onboarding/offboarding, calendar management, meetings, and document control across branches.

Strong English, NATO SECRET clearance, and IT/document handling skills are essential. You will maintain trackers in Power BI/SharePoint/Jira, assist with reporting and communications, and ensure data confidentiality while coordinating with cross-branch teams.

Qualifications

Active NATO SECRET security clearance.
Higher secondary education with relevant admin experience.
Experience in admin/office support including records management.
Experience in operational IT/cyber security environments is a plus.
Onboarding experience desirable.
Strong English written and spoken communication.

Responsabilités

Plan and administer official travel; manage onboarding/offboarding for Branch personnel.
Track training requirements, approvals and follow-ups.
Manage Branch Head's calendar and coordinate engagements.
Prepare agendas, minutes, actions, and follow-ups for Branch meetings.
Maintain branch trackers and records in Power BI, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow, and Excel.
Draft internal communications for the Branch Head; serve as main contact for cross-branch queries.
Track milestones, deliverables, and final reports; raise and track purchase requests.
Support time allocation tracking and resource reporting.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of cyber security information.
