Qualifications

• Awareness of sensitive and confidential cyber security information.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and administration of official travel arrangements.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding for Branch personnel.
• Track training requirements, requests, approvals, and follow-ups.
• Manage Branch Head's calendar and coordinate engagements.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, actions and decisions for Branch meetings.
• Maintain Branch trackers for decisions and actions.
• Draft internal communications for the Branch Head.
• Serve as primary admin contact for cross-branch queries.
• Track milestones and deliverables, including reports.
• Process purchase requests and related actions.
• Coordinate time tracking and resource allocation.
• Maintain Branch info in Power BI, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow and Excel trackers.
