Your role will involve building client relationships and ensuring satisfaction through effective utilization of the Leexi platform. Ideal candidates will possess at least 3 years of experience in customer success, strong communication skills, and fluency in English and French. Conversion capabilities will be reinforced through a vibrant team atmosphere with full-time, flexible work schedules and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Comfortable in flexible, fast-paced environments.
