Vlerick Business School is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Great Place To Work®. You will manage a high-touch portfolio, onboarding and training clients to maximize platform adoption and value realization.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor, translating client needs into tailored proposals and coordinating international projects across GPTW countries, ensuring smooth execution and ongoing client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred in psychology/communication; bachelor's with relevant experience considered.

Responsabilités

• Manage a diverse portfolio of high-touch clients via online interactions, onboarding, advising and training to drive platform adoption.
• Act as Trusted Advisor to demonstrate value and opportunities offered by Great Place To Work.
• Understand client needs and frame Emprising's value to align with objectives.
• Deliver findings to customers in Culture Coaching sessions and help translate survey results into actions.
• Coordinate international projects across GPTW countries ensuring timely delivery and clear communication.
