Job summary

Vlerick Business School is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Great Place To Work® to manage a portfolio of high-touch clients, onboarding and training to ensure platform adoption. You will act as a trusted advisor and translate client needs into tailored engagements.

You will also coordinate international projects, deliver Culture Coaching sessions, and help organisations improve workplace culture across Ghent, Leuven and Brussels campuses with a home-office blend.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, communication, or a related field.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree with relevant professional experience.
• Strong English and Dutch communication skills; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, advise, and train high-touch clients to maximise platform adoption.
• Act as Trusted Advisor highlighting value of Great Place To Work.
• Understand clients’ needs and frame Emprising value accordingly.
• Deliver virtual Culture Coaching sessions to interpret survey results.
• Translate clients’ needs into customised proposals and workshops.
• Coordinate international projects across GPTW countries with seamless execution.
• Relay improvement feedback to the team for service enhancements.
• Offer expertise in survey design and data structuring to deliver actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services.
