VANDEWIELE, a leading international machine builder based in Kortrijk, is seeking a Customer Service Installations Planner to strengthen its Aftersales team. You will plan installations, estimate work requirements and allocate technicians with the right skills for timely, high-quality service.

You will collaborate across departments and with global locations, monitor progress, and act as the first point of contact for technicians and customers.

Qualifications

• Hold a higher education degree (e.g. Electromechanics) or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Fluent in English; Dutch knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Estimate intervention requirements and assign tasks to technicians.
• Assess feasibility and resources across Vandewiele and customer sides.
• Coordinate with Customer Service Back Office, Spare Parts, Production, Transport and international locations.
• Monitor installation and service progress.
• Serve as first point of contact for technicians and customers.
• Maintain direct contact with customers.

VANDEWIELE is an international company active in machine building and technology development.

At our HQ in Kortrijk, we develop innovative machines and optimisations for the textile industry. We also have a state-of-the-art production environment, where the entire production process from A to Z is realised in-house.

Our machines are installed at our customers' premises all over the world. To strengthen our after-sales team, we are currently looking for a Customer Service Installations Planner (M/F).

Your Role

You will join a team of approximately 20 colleagues responsible for Aftersales within Vandewiele. As a Customer Service Installations Planner, your responsibilities will include:

• Estimating work requirements for interventions and assigning tasks to technicians with the appropriate skills and competencies, while ensuring quality and efficiency in planning.
• Taking into account the feasibility of assignments and the availability of resources, both on Vandewiele side and the customers side.
• Working closely with various departments, including Customer Service Back Office, Spare Parts, Production, and Transport, as well as colleagues from our international locations.
• Monitoring the progress of installations and service interventions.
• Acting as the first point of contact for service technicians and customers, supporting them in the management of assignments.
• Maintaining direct contact with customers.

Your Profile

• You hold a higher education degree (e.g. Electromechanics) or have acquired equivalent experience.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics AX is an asset, but not a requirement.
• Extensive technical knowledge is not essential, but a genuine interest in technology is important.
• You have strong communication and organizational skills.
• In addition to Dutch, you have an excellent command of English due to the international nature of the role. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
