Volvo Belgium in Ghent is seeking a bilingual Customer Advisor to support customers in German and Dutch within a hybrid work setting. The role starts with on-site training and a move to a hybrid model, offering partial remote work while maintaining in-person collaboration.

The position requires flexibility for 24/7 rotating shifts and a relocation-friendly contract structure, with relocation support including initial accommodation for candidates outside Belgium.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and Dutch.
• Willingness to work 24/7 rotating shifts.
• Ability to participate in a video interview and provide proof of the interview.
• Submission of a reference letter from a previous employer and a cover letter.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer support to Volvo Belgium customers in German and Dutch in Ghent.

Additional Information

• Relocation support includes 1 month of accommodation for candidates applying from outside Belgium.
• The initial contract will be structured as 1-3-6 months, not permanent from day one.Candidates must confirm their understanding and acceptance of this contractstructure.
• The first month of training will be fully on-site. Following the initial training period, the work model will be hybrid, allowing for 1 day a week remote work.
