Our client in Oostende is seeking a proactive Customer Support professional to assist B2C customers and retailers with orders, online tools and website-related inquiries. You will handle inquiries by phone and email, ensure smooth order processing, and maintain accurate customer data.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email, identify customers' needs and provide clear, helpful and professional support.
• Ensure a smooth and accurate order flow, from receiving orders to invoicing.
• Create, update and maintain customer accounts and ensure that customer information is complete and accurate.
• Support customers with webshop enquiries, online ordering, account access and other website-related issues.
• Assist with the day-to-day administration of online webshops, including order follow-up, customer questions and issue resolution.
• Register and handle returns, claims and complaints in a timely manner and propose ways to prevent recurring issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, prices, promotions, procedures and online information to resolve customer questions effectively.
• Mainly support B2C customers, while also assisting professional customers such as retailers and wholesalers with orders, service requests and online tools.
