Yogurt Kitchen in Brussels is seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator to orchestrate order-to-delivery processes, ensuring top-notch service, smooth logistics and solid administrative follow-up. You will collaborate with customers, production partners, suppliers and founders to keep operations aligned each week.

The role emphasizes delivering outstanding customer experience, maintaining efficient daily operations, and supporting the commercial team as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
• Experience in operational support, logistics, customer service or administrative role is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage priorities and multiple deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Process customer orders and issue purchase orders.
• Coordinate and monitor weekly deliveries of products, equipment and consumables.
• Liaise with transport partners and solve operational issues when they arise.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock movements.
• Help ensure smooth day-to-day operational planning.
• Act as the primary contact for customers regarding operational and logistics questions.
• Resolve customer requests quickly and professionally.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams.
• Prepare and send customer invoices.
• Follow up incoming payments and outstanding invoices.
• Support basic accounting administration.
• Create new customer records in the ERP system.
• Prepare and ship onboarding equipment.
• Draft and manage customer agreements.
• Source suppliers and purchase operational equipment.
• Prepare simple specifications and documentation when required.
• Coordinate production planning with manufacturing partners.
• Order raw materials, packaging and consumables.
• Receive deliveries and perform basic quality checks.
• Support colleagues whenever needed.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and increase operational efficiency.
